摘　　要：本文主要介绍晚清封建政治家———沈葆桢在 1 874年日本制造的台湾危机中 ,以钦差大臣身份办理台湾等处海防兼理各国事务 ,在危机中他积极调兵遣将 ,部署海陆军力量 ,实施筹备台防中“厚集兵力”的军事谋略思想 ,挫败了怀着狼子野心的日本侵略者 ,保卫了我国神圣领土台湾。This essay mainly introduces a feudal statesman-Shen Baozhen, who handled the coastal defense and foreign affairs of Taiwan as an imperial envoy during the crisis made by Japan in 1874. In the crisis, Shen Baozhen disposed the sea and land military forces, put the military strategic ideology of centralizing the greatly-armed forces into effect in the preparing the defense of Taiwan, frustrated the ambitious enemy and defended our holy territory-Taiwan
