摘  要:肝脏和 BAT是小型哺乳动物体内重要的产热器官。中缅树鼠句肝脏、BAT重量及肝脏和 BAT总 RNA含量在冷驯化过程中出现先降低再增加的趋势。冷驯化 4 h~ 7d肝脏总 RNA含量与对照组相比 ,变化均不显著 ,但冷驯化 1 4 d时显著上升 ;BAT总 RNA含量从 1 h到 8h有下降趋势 ,从 2 4 h开始显著上升并持续至 1 4 d。在冷驯化过程中 ,中缅树鼠句肝脏 RNA含量较 BAT的增加快 ,但 BAT RNA含量的增幅较肝脏大。表明中缅树鼠句肝脏对急性冷暴露的反应要比 BAT快 ,但其 BAT的产热能力强于肝脏。文章的实验结果表明 ,低温能够诱导中缅树鼠句 BAT和肝脏重量和总 RNA含量增加 ,从而使其适应性产热增加 ,能够更好地适应其生存环境。The liver and BAT are important thermogenic organs of the minitype mammals. The RNA content in liver and BAT of tree shrews (Tupaia belangeri) decreased firstly and increased subsequently during cold exposure. Compare with that of control, the change of the RNA content in liver was not prominence. But it evidently increased after 14d cold exposure. The RNA content in BAT decreased from 1h to 8h and increased after 24h. The increasing of the RNA content in liver was earlier than that in BAT. But the range of increasing in BAT was bigger than that in liver. It suggested that the liver of tree shrews respond more rapidly to cold exposure then BAT and the ability of thermogensis of BAT is better than that of liver. Our result suggested that cold exposure can induce the increasing of the RNA content in liver and BAT and strengthen the adaptive thermogenic capacity of tree shrews.
