电热针为主治疗痹证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：研究以电热针治疗风寒湿痹 及虚痹的疗效。方法：将电热针与毫针分别应用到30例痹证患者的2个 疗程中，详细观察其局部症状、VAS、血沉、CRP、抗"O"的改善情况。结果： 以电热针治疗痹证及虚痹的有效率96.7%，毫针有效率80.0%。结论： 电热针及毫针治疗痹证的方法可广泛应用到临床治疗当中。Purpose To study on therapeutic effects of electrothermal acupuncture in treatment of wind cold damp arthralgi a syndrome and deficiency arthralgia syndrome. Methods Thirty cases of arthralgia syndrome were treated respectively with electrothermal acupuncture and filiform needle for two therapeutic courses, and improvement of local symptoms, visual analogue scale(VAS), erythrocyte sedimentation(ESR), C re action protein(CRP) and antistreptolysin O(Anti 'O')were observed. Results The effective rate of electrothermal acupuncture was 96.7% and filiform needle was 80.0% for arthralgia and deficiency arthralgia syndrome . Conclusion Electrothermal acupuncture and filiform need le can be widely applied to clinical treatment of arthralgia syndrome.
