摘 要:结合国际海岸线分形研究进展,在地理信息系统技术()的支持下,以中国典型海岸类型为GIS例,探讨了应用分形理论对不同海岸类型进行分形判定的可能性。研究结果表明,应用分维来进行不同海岸类型的分形判定是一条可行的途径。对中国而言,在同比例尺地图上,存在着基岩海岸海岸线分维大于平原海岸海岸线分维等系列结论。Coastline is a traditional domain in the field of fractal research. Mandelbrot formulated the uncertainty of its length in his paper named How Long is the Coastline of British, which was published on Science in 1967. The fractal concept was presented for the first time in that paper and have been applied to many fields ever since. The fractal dimensions of different coastlines ,have been calculated by many researchers, such as Mandelbrot B.B.Kent C. et al,,.Qiu H.Philips J.D., Paar V. et al., Jiang J.W. et al., Zhu X.H. et al,.and the present researches are still inthe stage in which the calculation of fractal dimensions for different coastline is focused. Till now, the related references and further researches on the fractal determination of different coast types are seldom seen. The above issue is preliminarily discussed in this paper.
