摘　　要：介绍了现代住宅的安全防范系统。它包括安全对讲系统、防盗报警系统、火灾报警系统、防煤气泄漏系统、报警联动控制等内容。从设备的组成、工作方式、设备的安装作了较详细的分析 ,说明了安全防范系统在保证居民生命财产的安全中所起的重要作用。指出该防范系统已成为社会治安的一个重要组成部分。In this paper the safety and protection system of modern building is introduced. This system contains safety intercom system, anti theft alarm system, fire alarm system, anti coal gas leakage system and alarm linkage control. The composition of equipments, operation mode and the installation of equipment are analyzed in detail and the important actions of safety and protection system in ensuring the safety of life and estate of people are illustrated. This system has become one main constituent of social security.
