羟基锆交联膨润土的制备与酯化催化性能研究

摘　　要：以广西宁明膨润土为原料进行提纯与改性 ,制备出羟基锆交联膨润土 ,并研究了羟基锆交联膨润土在醋酸正丁酯合成反应中的酯化催化性能 .实验结果表明 ,羟基锆交联膨润土具有比较优良的酯化催化性能 ,其酯化催化转化率为 79.81 % .Based on the purification and modification of Ningming Bentonite at Guangxi province as raw material, the hydroxyl zirconium crosslinked Bentonite was prepared and its catalytic performance in synthesis of nbutyl acetate was studied. The experimental results show that the hydroxyl zirconium crosslinked Bentonite has the better catalytic performance in the reaction of esterification than that of sulfuric acid at the same condition.
