论负向舆论的成因及其对策

摘　　要：负向舆论以反派性、悖谬性、破坏性和狡黠性为表征 ,其要害在舆论观点背弃正义和真理。其行为主体有敌对势力、邪恶分子和陷入误区的人们 ;因信息盲点、处复杂形势、社会改革、利益驱动、社会敏感问题等原因 ,往往发生负向舆论。认定负向舆论要看舆论文本 ,其根据是政治原则和科学理性。要正视负向舆论现象 ,做好舆论消防工作。Negative public opinions posses the functions of villain,absurd,destroying and cunning as their features,their crucial point is that the viewpoints of public opinions renounce justice and truth.Their actional main body are hostile force,evil members and the people getting stuck in mistaken territory;on account of informational blind spot,complex situation,social reform,interests driving and social sensitivity,negative public opinions always formed.According political principles and scientific reason,we destine negative public opinions as public opinions text.We must face up to the phenomenon of negative public opinions and deal with the work of fire protection of theirs.
