中药“疣毒清”(Verrucout)对尖锐湿疣病毒(HPV)杀灭作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 考察中药“疣毒清”在体外对HPV的杀灭作用,以阐明其治疗机理。方法 从临床切除的CA标本中提取HPV,加入中药“疣毒清”后,在4℃下共孵,按时提取HPV-DNA,用FQ-PCR法测定其病毒含量。结果 含HPV的试管加入“疣毒清”后,经反复测试,24小时即不能测出HPV,而对照管及非相关中药管均含同等浓度的HPV-DNA拷贝。结论“疣毒清”具有明确的杀灭HPV的作用,这一功能阐明了它在治疗CA时的机制。Objective To observe germicidal properties of'Verrucout'for HPV. Metlhods HPV seperated from the specimen of CA patient was mixed with ' Verrucout', and stored at 4℃ . After 24 and 48 hrs, the HPV - DNA was extracted and detected by FQ- PCR repeatedly. Results In all of the tests, no HPV could be detected by the FQ - PCR from the tube containsing' Verrucout' . However, HPV in the control remained as high as before. Conclusion 'Verrucout' was shown to be germicidal against HPV in our laboratory research, and the germicidal properties may explain its mechnism of theraputic effect on CA.
