助孕3号方对大鼠子宫收缩活动的影响

摘　　要：[目的]为进一步探讨助孕３号方(由黄芪、党参、白术、菟丝子、续断、何首乌等组成)防治自然流产的机理。[方法]结合现代药理实验方法学和血清药理学建立子宫收缩实验,观察助孕３号方水提液及其含药血清对子宫收缩活动的影响。[结果]助孕３号方水提液及其合药血清能降低离体大鼠子宫兴奋性,灌服了助孕３号方水提液的大鼠子宫收缩强度较对照组低(Ｐ＜０．０５)。[结论]提示助孕３号方有抑制子宫收缩的作用,可能是防治自然流产的机理之一。[Objective] To further explore the mechanism of Zhuyun 3, a formula mainly composed of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Semem Cuscutae, Radix Dipsaci and Radix Polygoni Multiflori, in preventing and treating spontaneous abortion. [ Methods ] Contractility of isolated and in - vivo uterine in Zhuyun 3 group and saline group were observed by phannacological and sero - pharmacological methods. The strength, tension and frequency of uterine contraction and the area under curve were used as the indexes. [Results] Water extract of Zhuyun 3 ( WEZ3) and WEZ3 - contained serum can decrease the contractility of isolated and in - vivo rat uterine, the differences being significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Zhuyun 3 can inhibit the uterine contraction of rats, and this may be one of its mechanisms in preventing and treating spontaneous abortion.
