脑平衡仿生仪对肾型加压素性高血压大鼠单胺神经递质的影响

摘  要:[目的]进一步证实脑平衡仿生仪(简称NTJ仪)调节中枢治疗高血压的机制。[方法]采用夹肾动脉并静注加压素的方法制备大鼠肾型加压素性高血压模型,观察NTJ(Nao-Tai-Ji)仪对模型大鼠血压及下丘脑单胺类神经递质的影响。[结果]NTJ仪对大鼠急性高血压模型有明显的急性降压作用(P<0.05),能使血压降至接近正常水平,但对正常的大鼠血压无明显影响。NTJ仪治疗后能使模型动物下丘脑内的去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量下降(P<0.05)。但对5-羟色胺(5-HT)和多巴胺(DA)水平无明显影响。[结论]NTJ仪降压可能机理是通过生物信息反馈方式,改善大脑皮层兴奋与抑制的平衡,激发大脑神经递质的潜能,降低下丘脑的中枢神经递质 NE含量,影响下丘脑血管舒缩中枢的功能,从中枢向外周释放抑制信息,降低交感神经兴奋度,减少外周血管阻力,达到快速降低血压的效果。[Objective] To further explore the mechanism of regulating the central nerveous system by Nao-Tai-Ji (NTJ), a brain balance bionic instrument, for hypertension. [Methods] Rat models with nephrovasopressive hypertension were established by the occlusion of left renal artery and venous injection of vasopressin. Effects of NTJ on blood pressure and monamine neurotransmitter in hypothalamus were observed. [ Results ] Blood pressure was decreased, approaching the normal level in model rabbits treated by NTJ (P < 0.05) and remained steady in normal rats. Nora-drenaline (NE) level was decreased ( P < 0.05) in NTJ group and 5 - hydroxytryptophan and dopamine stayed unchanged . [ Conclusion] The hypotensive mechanism of NTJ may be related to the regulation of the excitation - inhibition balance of cerebral cortex, the reduction of NE level in hypothalamus and the excitation of sympathetic nervous system and the decrease of the resistance of peripheral vessels.
