正交试验法优选半枝莲提取工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究半枝莲中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法　采用正交试验法进行优选 ,紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果　乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数对提取有显著性影响。结论　最佳提取工艺为用药材 4倍量的70 %乙醇回流提取 3次 ,每次 1h。OBJECTIVE To study the extraction process for the total flavones of Scutellaria barbata.METHODS The optimum extraction process was selected with the orthogonal design.The content of total flavones was determined by UV-spectrophotometry. RESULTS The significant effects of alcohol amount,extraction time, times of extraction on the extraction of total flavones were presented. CONCLUSION The optimum extraction process is as follows:adding 4 times amount of 70% alcohol into Chinese medical materials,reflux extracting 3 times, 1 h per time.
