摘　　要：讨论了长途光缆骨干传输网规划与建设中涉及到的几个问题(包括网络结构及网络保护、光纤光缆、网络装备技术和网络管理等几个方面);简单描述了网络新技术的应用前景;提出了如何实现从现有网络向未来全光网络的过渡。This paper discusses issues in the planning and construction of long-distance optical cable backbone transmission network,including network structure and network pro-tection,optical fiber and optical cable,network installation technology and network manage-ment,etc.It briefly describes application prospects of new network technology,and presents how to transform from current network to future all optical network.
