摘　　要：研究了热光开关的基本原理与光开关阵列的基本构成 ,给出了相关的主要性能参数。包括开关速度、隔离度、回波损耗、插入损耗等。实际制备了一个 4× 4的光开关阵列 ,并给出了初步的实验结果。The principles of the optical switch and the constitutes of the optical switch matrix are studied in this paper.We have developed a 4×4 space division optical switch matrix and measured some related performance parameters for it,including insert loss,cross talk,switch speed,and return loss etc.
