摘　　要：目的 :观察益母草注射液治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的疗效。方法 :急性脑梗死 85例 ,随机分为 2组 :2组病人除给予常规治疗外 ,益母草组 4 3例给予益母草注射液 10mL加入氯化钠注射液 5 0 0mL中静脉滴注 ,qd ;复方丹参组 4 2例给予复方丹参 2 0mL加入氯化钠注射液 5 0 0mL中静脉滴注 ,qd。均治疗 15d后进行疗效评定 ,并对治疗前后凝血酶原时间、凝血因子I、血小板粘附率及血脂等生化指标进行对比分析。结果 :治疗后 ,益母草组基本治愈率70 % ,复方丹参组 31% (P <0 .0 1)。各生化指标对比提示益母草的抗凝、降纤、降脂作用突出。结论 :益母草注射液治疗ACI安全有效 。AIM: To observe clinical effects of Leonurus heterophyllus(LH) injection in treating acute cerebral infarction. METHODS: Eighty-five patients with acute cerebral ischemia infarction were randomly divided into two groups. Forty-three patients (LH group) were treated with 10 mL of LH injection +0.9 % sodium chloride injection 500 mL, iv, drip, qd for 15 d. Other 42 patients of [Salvia miltorrhiza (SM) group] were treated with 20 mL of SM injection +0.9 % sodium chloride injection 500 mL, iv, drip, qd for 15 d. Neurologic deficit status, plasma biochemical indexes of lipid, fibrinogen, platelet adhesion rate and prothrombin time were tested before and after therapy. RESULTS: After treatment, there were significant difference in the curative rate (70 % vs 31 %, P<0.01) between LH group and SM group. The result showed that LH had obvious effects on decreasing lipid, reducing fibrinogen and anticoagulation. CONCLUSION: LH injection is an effective and safe drug in treating acute cerebral infarction in early stage and the efficiency of LH was better than that of SM.
