国产与进口茴三硫治疗放疗引起口干症的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 :评价国产与进口茴三硫片对放疗引起口干症的疗效。方法 :头颈部肿瘤病人放疗后所致口干症状病人 4 0例 ,随机分 2组 ,国产组 2 0例 :年龄 5 0a±s 14a ;进口组 2 0例 :年龄 4 8a± 15a。分别给国产或进口茴三硫片 2 5mg ,po ,tid× 2 8d。治疗后用VAS评分法观察疗效。结果 :治疗后 2 8d ,口干、口腔舒适、讲话能力、咀嚼和吞咽能力、睡眠等症状的VAS评分差值 ,国产组分别为 6 5± 2 9,6 0± 2 7,5 6± 2 9,5 8± 2 8和 4 8± 2 2 ;进口组为 6 2± 2 9,5 7± 2 9,5 2± 2 5 ,5 4± 2 7和 4 8± 2 4 ,与治疗前比较均P <0 .0 1,2组间比较均P >0 .0 5 ;自我评价疗效均为 85 %。 2组均未见明显不良反应。结论AIM: To determine the effect of domestic and imported anethol trithione (ANTT) in treatment of xerostomia after radiation therapy. METHODS: Forty patients with xerostomia after head and neck radiation were randomly divided into two groups, twenty patients for domestic group:age 50 a±s 14 a, twenty patients for imported group: age 48 a±15 a. The domestic or improted ANTT tablets were given 25 mg, po, tid×28 d respectively. The effect was observed by VAS after treatment. RESULTS: Most of the subjective symptoms such as xerostomia, comfort of mouth, ability of speaking, ability of chewing and swallowing sleeping etc. were improved in different degree after treatment. The differentials were 65±29, 60±27, 56±29, 58±28,48±22 in domestic group and 62±29,57±29,52±25,54±27 and 48±24 in the imported group. The improvement and changes showed no significant difference between two groups in every test times during clinical trial (P>0.05). In the two groups the adverse reactions were mild. CONCLUSION: The domestic and imported anethol trithione have similar effect and safty in treating xerostomia.
