对贵刊刊登的“利多卡因合用复方丹参注射液治疗眩晕”一文的验证

摘　　要：目的 :通过经颅多普勒 (TCD)的检查验证利多卡因合用复方丹参注射液治疗眩晕的疗效。方法 :眩晕病人 35例 (男性 18例 ,女性 17例 )给予利多卡因 2 0 0mg ,复方丹参 16mL加入 5 %葡萄糖注射液 5 0 0mL中静脉滴注 ,qd ,连用 3～ 7d。利用TCD检测治疗前后脑动脉平均血流速度的变化。结果 :治疗前后脑动脉 (大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉、椎动脉、基底动脉 )平均血流速度加快分别为 (2 3± 10 )cm·s- 1,(19± 8)cm·s- 1,(16± 10 )cm·s- 1,(11± 4 )cm·s- 1,(10± 6 )cm·s- 1,差异有非常显著意义 (p <0 .0 1)。结论AIM:To prove the effects of lidocaine in combination with injectio Salvia miltiorrhiza for dizziness by transcranial Doppler(TCD)。 METHODS: The mean blood velocity of cranial artery in thirty-fife patients with dizziness(M18,F17) was measured by TCD before and after intrawenous infusion of lidocaine 200 mg with Salvia miltiorrhiza composita 16 mL in 5 % glucose 500 mL iv, gtt, qd for consecutive 3-7 d。 RESULTS: The different value before and after the therapies in artria cerebral medial, arteria cerebral anterior,arteria cerebral posterior, spinal arteria, and arteria cerebral basal, show separately(23±10)cm·s -1(P<0.01),(19±8)cm·s -1(P<0.01),(16±10)cm·s -1(P<0.01),(11±4)cm·s -1(P<0.01),(10±6)cm·s -1(P<0.01)。 CONCLUSION: It is a better method to treat patient suffering dizziness with lidocaine in combination with injectio Salvia miltiorrhiza composita.
