华支睾吸虫病患者血清中IL-2和T淋巴细胞亚群的测定研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨华支睾吸虫病患者的细胞免疫调节作用。方法:选择20例未经治疗的华支睾吸虫病患者(观察组)和20例健康对照组,检测血清中IL-2的活性以及CD4+、CD8+细胞含量。结果:观察组血清中IL-2含量较对照组明显降低,CD4+含量显著减少,CD8+的含量增多。结论:华支睾吸虫病患者细胞免疫功能处于明显反应抑制状态。Objective: To explore the cellular immunoregulation in patients with clonorchiasis. Methods: Observation group (20 patients with clonorchiasis) and control group (20 healthy adults with no parasitosis) were selected. The level of serum IL-2 serum was determined by radioimmunoassay, and CD4+ and CD8+ levels were measured by indirect fluorescent antibody technique. Results: As compared with the control group, the level of serum IL-2 obviously fell and the levels of CD4+ cell in blood obviously fell, while CD8+ cell obviously rose. Conclusion: The immune response of T cells was consideradly suppressed in patients with clonorchiasis.
