运动平板实验评价复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病的疗效

摘　　要：目的:验证复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法:选择冠心病稳定型心绞痛病人70例,应用复方丹参滴丸治疗。检测运动平板实验、常规心电图、血脂、血流变。结果:6周后心绞痛症状疗效达91.4%,心电图改善总有效率71.14%。运动平板实验治疗前、后比较(P<0.01)。结论:用复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛可获得良好疗效。Objective: Complex salvia miltiorrhiza drip pill To test and verify the clinical effects compound Danshen dropping pill (CDDP) on coronary heart disease. Methods: 70 patients with coronary heart disease and stable angina were treated with CDDP. Their blood lipid, blood flow rate, and movement ECG were examined. Results: After 6 weeks, the total efective rate of angina was 91.4%, the improve rate of ECG was 71.4%. There was significant difference in ECE before and aftere movement (P<0.01). Conclusion: The effects of the drug on coronary heart disease with stable angina are satisfactory.
