摘  要:目的 探讨细胞因子在过敏性紫癜发病机制中的作用。方法 过敏性紫癜患儿 36例 ,正常对照 2 0例 ,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附实验 (ELISA) ,检测其血清α 干扰素 (IFN α)、白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )、白细胞介素 4 (IL 4 )水平。结果 ①过敏性紫癜患儿急性期血清中IFN α、IL 4水平均较正常儿高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而IL 2水平无明显差别 ;②无肾脏病变患儿血清IFN α、IL 2与正常儿无明显差别 ,并发紫癜性肾炎患儿血清IFN α水平较正常儿明显升高 ,而IL 2水平则显著降低(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 过敏性紫癜患儿血清中存在着细胞因子分泌紊乱 。Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of cytokines on the Henoch Schonlein purpura (HSP) by detecting the changes of serum IFN α, IL 2 and IL 4.Methods Thirty six children with HSP served as study group and 20 healthy children as normal control group.Serum IFN α, IL 2 and IL 4 were detected by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results Serum levels of IFN α and IL 4 in the children with HSP were higher than in the normal controls ( P< 0.05 ), but the levels of serum IL 2 had no significant difference ( P> 0.05 ).Serum levels of IFN α and IL 2 in the children with HSP but without renal involvement were not different from those in the normal controls ( P > 0.05 ), but serum levels of IFN α were higher in the children with HSP nephritis than in the control group, while serum levels of IL 2 were lower ( P< 0.05 ).Conclusion Cytokine disorder existed in the children with HSP, which might be the molecular biological basis for pathogenesis of HSP.
