摘　　要：简述可编程模拟器件的基本原理、典型应用和开发方法,介绍并比较主要的模拟可编程实现技术与主流器件系列,指出现存的主要问题并展望其未来发展方向。The basic principles,typical applications and general design flows of program-mable analog device (PAD) are summarized,followed by descriptions and comparisons of severalkinds of analog programmable techniques exemplified by related mainstream PAD. Some existentkey problems are discussed briefly,along with a prospect of important research directions andpossible progresses in the future.
