急性心肌梗塞恢复早期男性患者核素造影判定左室功能的初步临床分析

摘　　要：本文观察20例男性心肌梗塞(AMI)恢复早期患者放射性核素心血管造影门电路平衡法左心功能指标的意义和价值。收缩功能参数射血分数(EF)和射血速率峰值(PER)明显异常,而舒张功能指标峰值充盈速率(PFR)和峰值充盈速率时间(TPFR)影响不明显。室壁运动异常可作为心电图和双维超声心动图检查的补充。心功能参数与入院 Killip 分级关系不密切,可能受出院心功能的影响。Significance and value of parameters of left ventricular functions were obser-ved with radionuclide angiography in 20 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in early recovery stage.Comparative analysis of location of AMI by radio-nuclide angiography,two-dimension echocardiography and ECG techniques wasstudied.The results showed that indices of systolic function(LVEF,PER)weresignificantly abnormal in patients with AMI.It was suggested that echocardiogra-phic,radioangiographic and ECG techniques can be supplemental to each other forassessment of location of AMI.The relation between indices of cardiac functionand admitting Killip class could hardly be found and may be affected by cardiacfunction on discharge.
