摘  要:在碱性介质中采用丙烯酸对裸皮进行接枝预处理 ,以增加裸皮胶原羧基的数目 ,然后铬鞣 ,可提高铬的吸收率和交联利用率。研究了接枝的条件及接枝对铬鞣的影响。结果表明 :接枝后铬鞣革的收缩温度要比未接枝的对比样的收缩温度高 8- 10℃ ,铬的吸收率可达 96 %以上 ,并且可减少铬的用量 ,坯革增厚明显 ,成革除撕裂强度稍低外 。Additional carboxyl groups can be grafted onto pelt collagen by pre-treating pelt with acrylic acid under alkaline conditions. Chrome absorption and utilization ratio for cross-linkage can be increased by the graft during chrome tanning. The studies on the graft conditions and the effects of graft on chrome tanning are described. It's shown that, by comparison with the non-grafted, the grafted chrome lether got higher Ts by 8-10℃,with more than 96% chrome absorption, the thickness of the grafted crust increased obviously. And the properties of the resultant leather had no obvious differences except for the tearing strength dropped.
