外阴上皮营养障碍中药治疗前后病理组织学、组织化学、超微结构的对比观察

摘　　要：本文选1988年1月至1989年6月外阴上皮营养障碍共184例,包括增生型营养障碍78例,萎缩型(硬化性苔藓)67例,混合型营养障碍39例。每组各取5例于治疗前后做组化(多巴染色)及电镜检查。治疗前患处皮肤显示不同程度的外阴上皮增生、萎缩及退变,并可见过度角化。电镜示桥粒减少、胶原纤维有破坏以及小毛细血管呈收缩状态,多巴染色示弱阳性。治疗后,各层受侵上皮有不同程度地恢复正常,并讨论了这些变化和发病机理的关系。From Jan.1988 to June 1989,there were 184 cases of vulvar dystrophies,78 casesof byperplastie dystrophy,67 cases of lichen sclerosis and 39 cases of mixed vulverdystrophy treated in this hospital.Prior and after therapy histochemical (Dopa'T)and-electron microscopic Studies in 5 cases from each category had been performed.The lesions prior to therapy showed various degree of hyperplastic atrophic anddegenerative changes with increased epithelial keratosic and melanotic granules de-creased.Collagenlysis with broken fibres and capillary contraction were noted andweak postive for Dopa'T.Round cells infiltrations were rather marked.Following therapy the differentlayers of the involved skin showed signs of resuming normal on different degrees.Pathogenesis of this disease was briefly discussed.
