摘　　要：目的 :分析 15例卵巢妊娠临床特征。方法 :对 15例卵巢妊娠进行回顾性分析。结果 :卵巢妊娠占同期异位妊娠总数的 2 .36% ,发生率呈上升趋势 ;临床表现与输卵管、黄体破裂相似 ,确诊困难。结论 :卵巢妊娠的发生原因是多方面的 ,与宫内节育器 (IUD)、宫腔操作、盆腔炎有密切关系 ,治疗以手术为主。Objective:Analysis of clinical features of 15 cases of ovarian pregnancy.Methods:Fifteen cases of ovarian pregnancy were analysed retrospectively.Results:The number of ovarian pregnancy take 2.36% in the total number of ectopic pregnancy.The recurrence rate is on the increase,it's clinical symptoms are similar to the rupture of tubal and corpus luteum,so it's difficult to diagnosis.Conclusion:The causes of ovarian pregnancy are various,it turned out to related to IUD,uterine cavity operation and pelvic inflammation.The operation is the major therapy.
