鼻息肉患者血液中淋巴细胞亚群及GM-csf、IL-1β、IFN-γ的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨T淋巴细胞亚群及GM -csf、IL - 1β、IFN -γ在鼻息肉患者血液中的分布特征及与鼻息肉的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测鼻息肉 5 5例及鼻中隔偏曲 2 4例血液中T淋巴细胞及上述淋巴因子的含量。结果 :(1)鼻息肉患者血液中 ,GM -csf高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;(2 )鼻息肉患者血液中 ,CD+3、CD+4 明显高于对照组 ,P值分别为 0 .0 0 2 78,0 .0 0 193。结论 :鼻息肉的形成、复发与血液中高GM -csf、CD+3、CD+4Objective:To investigate the numbers of T-lymphocyte subsets and distribution of GM csf、IL 1 β、IFN γ in patients' blood. Methods: The specimens of fifty five polys patients' blood and twenty-four control subjects were studied by immunohistochemical method to detect CD + 3, CD + 4, CD + 8, GM-csf、IL 1β、IFN γ.All data were analyzed with t -test. Result: There were more GM-csf in patients,blood in nasal polyps group than that in controls, CD + 3,CD + 4 cell were significantly higher in tried group than that in controls( P=0.00278,P =0.00193).Conclusion: This study indicated that high numbers of GM-csf, CD + 3, CD + 4 in bloods may play an important role in the nasal polyps.
