糖适平治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：本文总结了糖适平治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病29例的疗效观察,肯定了糖适平的降糖效果。空腹血糖平均下降幅度达55.2mg/dl;餐后2小时血糖平均下降100.6mg/dl。没有发现明显的副作用,证明本药安全有效,尤其适用于老年Ⅱ型糖尿病人。Clinical effects of Glurenorm on treating 29 patients of non-insulin-dependentdiabetes mellitus were investigated.It was evident that the Glurenorm reduced bloodglucose with the mechanism of Glurenorm stimulating the secretion of endogenousinsulin.The fasting blood glucose had a drop of 55.2 mg/d1,2 hour postprandialblood glucose a drop of 100.6 mg/dl.No obvious side-effects Of Glurenorm have been found especially hypoglycemia.Thus Glurenorm seemed to be better than Glyburide in the treatment of elderlypatients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus.
