弹性棉毛布的编织及其工艺探讨

摘　　要：以往弹性纤维大都用在 1+ 1罗纹组织及单面平针织物中 ,其用来开发弹性棉毛布要求一是克重要轻 ,二是尺寸要稳定 ,三是布面要平整、不卷边、弹性好、柔软等。文中对采用 2 .2tex(2 0D)莱卡 弹性纤维与常规 2 .2tex(2 0D)氨纶丝弹性纤维在相同工艺条件下进行编织 ,对织物效果的影响进行分析和比较。同时介绍了采用莱卡 纤维的弹性棉毛布的编织工艺及方法 。Elastic fibre are usually used for 1+1 rib and plain jersey fabric. When it is used for interlock fabric, special requirements must be fulfiled , such as light in weight; stable dimension; even surface and selvedge uncurling; good elasticity and soft handle. Analysis and comparison is made on the effect of two fabrics which are knitted from 2 2 tex (20D) Lycra and 2 2 tex (20D) normal spandex fibre respectively. The knitting technology of Lycra contained interlock is introduced as well.
