飞行人员前庭功能异常的临床研究

摘　　要：近10年来,对102名主诉眩晕或怀疑有前庭系统疾病的飞行人员进行了研究。对他们进行详细询问病史、体格检查、神经耳科和听力检查,以及用电眼震技术进行前庭和动眼系统检查,对一些病例还进行了内听道x像和头颅CT检查。50例显示有异常的前庭功能,在排除了美尼尔氏病和中枢神经系统疾病之后,24例有一侧前庭功能减弱,被评定为飞行合格,作者对他们随访3～10年,他们均飞行良好无困难。102 flying patients complained of dizziness or suspected with vestibular system disorder had been studied in clinic at last ten years. Studies had been performed by inquiring detailed history, physical examination, neuro-otological and audiological evaluation, functional test of vestibular and oculomotor systems with ENG technique. Internal auditory meatus X-ray and cranial CT-scan examinations were also conducted for some cases. 50 patients exhibited the abnormal vestibular functions. Among them, after excluded the Meniere's disease and CNS disorder, 24 patients were associated with weakness response in one side and were qualified for flying. After follow up 3-10 years, we found, all of them were well performance in flight without difficulty.
