摘　　要：IT业的飞速发展促使软件知识更新周期的进一步缩短 ,这让一些未入门的爱好者更感到操作时无从下手 ,从而造成软件与用户之间的壁垒。其实 ,在IT业发展的某一阶段 ,都有相对稳定的用户操作界面 ,另外 ,同一类应用软件的基本功能也雷同。在学习使用计算机时 ,重视这些共性特点 ,将有利于我们尽快地学会与计算机交流 ,并在学习使用软件时 ,达到触类旁通的效果。The rapid developing of IT has shorten the updating cycle of software,which has made a lot of abecdarians feel very difficult to learn operation of software.In fact,there are some comparatively steady user interfaces during the certain phase of developing of IT. On the other hand,the same sort software have analogical function. Paying more attention to these common characteristic,will help us acquire the skill of communication with computer with less time and comprehend by analogy.
