摘　　要：根据国家现行住宅设计规范、标准和技术政策及当今科技发展要求 ,论述了住宅电气设计技术。Depending on the rules, standard and technical principles of residence design at present in our country, as well as the demanding of science development today, the electrical design technology in this field was discussed. Some technical ways and parameters for the intelligent residence design were also put forward.
