摘  要:对家蚕微孢子虫的分离纯化条件进行了探索。微孢子虫的分离 ,采用差速离心法或自然沉降法的效果均可。蔗糖平衡密度离心法的较优条件为 5 0 %~ 6 0 %的蔗糖连续梯度、2 30 0 0rpm离心 30min ,而Percoll法的最佳条件为 2 5 %、5 0 %、75 %和 10 0 %的Percoll不连续梯度、175 0 0rpm离心 2 0min ;两种纯化方法相比较 。In the experiment reported in this paper, both differential centrifugation and autoprecipitation gave satisfactory results for the isolation of Nosema bombycis. Sucrose gradient centrifugation and Percoll's procedure were used to purify the isolated N. bombycis. The favorable conditions for the former procedure were 50~60% sucrose continuous gradient and centrifugation at 23 000 rpm for 30 min, while for the latter procedure, the optimum conditions were 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% Percoll discontinuous gradient and centrifugation at 17 500 rpm for 20 min. The latter appeared to be superior to the former in their effects.
