摘　　要：智能化住宅小区已在全国得到了充分的发展,但尚有一些问题需要理清思路,以准确把握住宅小区的发展方向。智能化住宅小区应全面考虑社会、社区与小区的关系及智能化小区的可持续发展性,减少盲目行为造成的损失。Intelligent residential quarters have nationally developed, but some problemsshould be clarified to acurrately control the development. The relationship of society, communityand quarter and sustainable development of intelligent quarter should he overall taken intoconsideration in construction of intelligent residential quarter to reduce the loss resulted fromblind activities.
