猪血浆制备研究—正交设计法

摘　　要：按照多因素多水平的正交实验结果,制备猪血浆的最佳条件是猪血与8％柠檬酸三钠溶液体积比19:1,离心时间10分钟,转速1200转/分。用此条件制备的猪血浆与羊血浆进行对比试验,证明猪血浆可以用于肝素钠抗凝血效价测定。According to the orthogonal test results of multi-factors ard multi-level, the best conditons are 8 percent sodium cjtrate solution in the proportion of one volume to each 19 volumes of pig blood and centrifugation (10 minutes and 1200 rpm).Good use in anticoagulate potency determination of sodium heparin has been proved by contrastive test of pig and sheep plasma.
