桑天牛的生活习性和防治方法的研究

摘　　要：通过桑天牛成虫人工饲养试验 ,阐明了桑天牛补充营养习性 ,补充营养与产卵、寿命的关系。并进行野外调查和蛹期前后剖树检查 ,查明了浙江大学华家池校区桑天牛危害的树种、桑品种间危害程度的差异性、桑天牛在桑树上的寄生率和自然死亡率、桑天牛蛹期前后的活动规律以及羽化后的取食和产卵习性。用 2 0 %氰戊菊酯5 0 0倍液制成的软膏防治桑天牛幼虫 ,效果达到 10 0 %。This paper revealed complementary nutrition habit of mulberry longicorn, and relation between complementary nutrition and eggs laying and life span through experiments of mulberry longicorn rearing with artificial diet. Through field investigation and dissection of trees around pupal stages in Huajiachi Campus of Zhejiang Universtity,the mulberry varieties harmed by mulberry longicorns, diferences of harmed degrees between mulberry varieties, parasitizing rate and natural death rate of mulberry longicorns in mulberry trees, activity law around pupal stages, feeding and eggs laying habit after emergence of mulberry longicorns were revealed. Through preventing experiments using drug liquid injection and ointment injection made by ourselves, we also found out an economical, efficacious and convenient control method for mulberry longicorn larvae, i.e., using 20% fenvalerat and 500 fold water to make ointment, which has 100% controlling effect.
