摘 要:从山东省境内家蚕成虫体内分离到 4种病原性家蚕微孢子虫 ,与N .b比较研究结果表明 ,4种微孢子虫的大小、形态、极丝圈数及倾斜角与N .b相比均存在差异 ,但血清学反应及在蚕体内的发育过程与N .b相同。初步认为该 4种病原性微孢子虫为N .b的同属微孢子虫。这 4种微孢子虫对家蚕具有极强的食下感染率和胚种传染力。Four kinds of pathogenic microsporidia SD 1,SD 2,SD 3 and SD 4 isolated from silkowrm, Bombyx mori in Shandong Province were studied.The results showed that the shape,size,number of coils and angle of tilt of the polar filaments of microsporidia were little different from the Nosema bombycis (N.b).The serological reaction proved that agglutination reaction had happened between these four microsporidia and N.b.The life cycles in silkworm of the four microsporidia are similar to N.b.Thus,the four microsporidia should be different types of the same genus and species of N.b.The four microsporidia had very strong oral infection and transovarial transmission to silkworm.
