摘  要:为研究玉米果穗吐丝小花的受精结实能力 ,以杂交玉米品种“掖单 12”和“掖单 19”为试验材料 ,对花丝上茸毛的形成过程、花丝导管的分化以及茸毛的形成与导管分化之间的关系进行了观察研究。结果表明 :花丝上茸毛的发生由顶部向基部进行 ,花丝横切面的凹陷处茸毛分布较少 ,而凸端茸毛较多 ;花丝顶部茸毛的数量最多 ,活力最旺盛 ;导管的形成与茸毛的发生同步 ;花丝茸毛的形成和分布特点以及茸毛与木质部导管之间的同步关系 。Two hybrids 'yedan 12' and 'yedan 19' were used in studying the fertilization capability of silking flower. Both hairs formation and the relationship between hairs appearance and vesselsformation were studied. The results showed that the development and growth of hairs on the silk was from the top to the bottom, more hairs were produced on the top than thdse in the middle and the bottom, the vigor was the strongest on the top. Hairs were bigger and more in the project section than in the sunken one. The formation of vessel was synchronous with appearance of the hairs, which would benefit silk to receive pollen grains.
