摘  要:采用内循环好氧三相流化床处理造纸中段废水,经过17天驯化,获得了稳定的出水,COD去除率保持在80%以上。系统对进水污染负荷的变化具有较大的承受能力,进水负荷增加300%,COD去除率仍有65%。出水Cl-的浓度较进水有所升高,说明驯化后生物膜中有一部分细菌能切断C—Cl键。气体流量为0.75m3/h可获得较好的COD去除效果。后续絮凝处理,出水COD降为60~80mg/L、BOD为30~35mg/L、色度为100~150C.U.。Inner loop aerobic three phase fluidized bed was used to treat middle stage effluent from pulping and paper making process.After 17 days of domestication,the outflow was stable,and the COD removal rate kept above 80%.This reactor was able to sustain the variation of effluent's load.When the load was increased to 300%,the COD removal rate was still above 65%.The increase of Cl- in effluent implied the biofilm could biodegrade organic chlorocompounds in some degree after domesticated.Better removal effects can be get when the gas flow was 0 75m3/h.The outflow of fluidized bed was finally treated by flocculation,and the final drain's COD was 60~80mg/L,BOD was 30~35mg/L、chroma was 100~150C.U.
