摘　　要：首次尝试将ITO(IndiumTinOxide)膜与微通道板 (MicrochannelPlate)结合用作位置灵敏探测器 ,并对该探测器的线性、位置分辨及探测效率作了测试 。The ITO(Indium Tin 0xide) film and MCP(Microchannel Plate)were combined to form a position sensitive detector, the lineality, position sensitivity and detection efficiency of the detector were tested, the result was fairly satisfied.
