摘 要:对肝硬化患者进行肝脏血流灌注显像 ,按二室模型拟合肝灌注曲线 ,比较斜率法、面积法及肝心灌注比值 3种方法计算门静脉灌注指数 (PVI)的差异以及与门静脉压力 (PVP)的关系。结果显示 ,肝硬化患者 3种方法计算的PVI均显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,均与门静脉压力呈显著正相关关系 ,相关系数分别为 :0 .79、0 .60、0 .68。其中以斜率法计算的PVI与正常差异最大 ,与PVP相关关系最好。表明PVI可灵敏反映门静脉血流变化 。To study a new method for predication of portal vein pressure (PVP) by hepatic perfusion imaging. 25 hepatocirrhotic cases and 13 normal controls were performed the hepatic perfusion imaging. According to two compartmental model the values of portal vein indexes (PVI) was calculated using curve slope, area and hepatic heart perfusion ratio methods etc. The relationship of PVI with different method to PVP was also observed. All PVI by three methods in hepatocirrhosis were higher than those in normal controls ( P <0.01), and also positively correlated with the PVP, their correlated coefficients was 0.79, 0.60, 0.68 respectively. Among them the slope method was most markedly significant than nomal control and closely correlated with PVP. PVI can sensitively reflect the changes of portal vein blood flow. And it was an atraumatic, simple method for the evaluation of PVP.
