摘 要:用可视实验装置研究了流体欠热度对容器排放特性的影响。研究发现:蒸汽与排放容器中的冷流体作用形成的蒸汽冷凝特性极大地影响了容器中流体的排放过程。欠热度愈大,蒸汽冷凝换热过程愈强,蒸汽汽柱入水深度愈深,因此蒸汽可能在压力平衡管中达到临界流速,从而产生蒸汽供应限制,形成小排放流量阶段;系统(汽源)压力对后期排放流量和蒸汽汽柱入水深度也有一定影响。The influences of water sub-cooling on water discharge behaviors in the water storage tank have been studied experimentally with a test rig,having windows for visualization.From this study,it founds that the gravitational discharging course is effected strongly by the steam condensation,token place between steam and cold water in the tank during discharging.Larger is sub-cooling of the water,stronger is the heat exchange in condensation of steam and deeper is the steam penetrated into water.The critical steam flow may be achieved in the narrow section of the pressure balance piping,which limits the steam supply and then forms a lower discharge flow period.The result indicates also that the pressure of steam source has influence on the steam column in water and discharge flow in the later discharge phase.
