摘　　要：面对我国加入WTO的新形势,分析了我国电解铝工业发展及生产与消费的现状,针对我国电解铝工业当前存在的问题和各种疑虑,提出了做优做强我国铝工业的思路和建议。Present conditions of domestic production and market demands of electrolytic a-luminium industry and development of electrolytic aluminium industry are analyzed.Aiming at the situation and existing problems and misgivings in domestic electrolytic aluminium industrial sector,suggestions and a train of thoughts for making China's electrolytic Aluminium industry expanding and swinging are presented.
