摘  要:介绍了CN-20型低密度二段转化催化剂的研制。该催化剂微观结构似海绵,孔容大,孔隙率高,堆密度仅为国内常用转化催化剂的2/3,能大幅度减轻二段催化剂的重量,降低二段炉炉拱负荷,保证合成氨装置的安全正常运行。该催化剂不仅催化活性好,有利于降低二段转化气残余甲烷含量,增产氨,节约能耗,而且机械强度高,耐高温。The preparation of Type CN - 20 low density catalyst for secondary reforming is described in the present paper. This catalyst with a microstructure like sponge has bigger pore capacity and higher porosity and its bulk density is 1/3 lower than that of the domestic conventional reforming catalysts, thus reducing the weight of the catalyst to a great ex tent, decreasing the load on the reformer arch and ensuring the safe and smooth operation of the ammonia plant. Not only dose the catalyst possess a higher activity, which is beneficial to reducing the residual methane content in the secondary reformed gas, increasing the ammonia output and saving the energy consumption,but also has a higher mechanical strength and resistance to high temperature.
