摘 要:应用脉冲吸附、TPD、TEM、XPS和微反动力学活性评价等方法,研制出一种高效的甲酸甲酯氢解合成甲醇的铜基催化剂。在185℃、压力0.6MPa、H_2 : MeF=4:1和连续流动系统中,甲酸甲酯转化率和甲醇选择率都大于99%。产物甲醇不含水,毋须更多的提纯,可节约能耗。助剂B的加入使催化剂表面铜的分散度增加,故其吸附氢和异裂氢的能力增强,从而使其对甲酸甲酯氢解合成甲醇的催化活性增加。A high efficient Cu- base catalyst for hydrogenolysis of methylformate to methanol has been developed. Many combined techniques were employed for this study. For example,CO pulse adsorption, TPD,TEM,XPS and micro-reaction kinetic. Both the turnover rate of methylformate and the selectivity of methanol are more than 99 percent by means of micro- reaction kinetic measurement at 185℃ ,0.6MPa and H_2: MeF=4 :1. It means that the produced methanol hardly needs tistil lation. The dispersion was increased while B was added as promoter. The ability adsorbed and split for catalyst was also increased when interaction between Cu-B existed. So the catalytic activity for hydrogenolysis of methylformate to methanol has been promoted more.
