摘 要:目的 探讨螺旋藻对2型糖尿病患者是否有治疗和预防作用。方法 用亚铁嗪比色法测定血清铁 ,氰化高铁血红蛋白法测定血红蛋白、微粒子酶免捕捉法测定糖化血红蛋白。分别对2型糖尿病患者投以螺旋藻 (30例 )及安慰剂 (30例 ) ,正常人投入螺旋藻 (20例 )及安慰剂 (20例 ) ,并于投药前后分别测定上述实验指标。结果 4组间年龄 ,体重 ,体重指数 (BMI) ,收缩压和舒张压相比无显著性差异 ,糖尿病患者血清铁和血红蛋白较正常人低 ,螺旋藻能显著增加糖尿病患者和正常人血清铁。糖尿病人组在服用螺旋藻后 ,GHb显著降低。结论 螺旋藻可以降低2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白。其机制有待进一步探讨。Objective To investigate the effects of spirulina on non-insulin dependent diabetes(NIDDM). Methods Assay of Fe, Hb and GHb(glycated hemoglobin) in serum of NIDDM with placebo (G1),NIDDM with spirulina(G2) ,healthy subjects with placebo(G3) and healthy subjects with spirulina(G4) were measured. Results There was no significant difference in age, weight, BMI(body mass index) and blood pressure among all four groups. Fe and Hb concentrations in G1 and G2 were significantly lower than that in G3 and G4(P<0.05,P<0.05),whereas GHb contents of serum in G1 and G2 were significantly higher than that in G3 and G4(P<0.001,P<0.001).After treated by spirulina, Fe concentrations in G2 and G4 were increased, whereas there were no changes in GHb contents in G1,G3 and G4 ;GHb content in G2 was increased. Conclusion Spirulina could reduce the GHb in NIDDM. The mechanism of this change needs further research.
