复方三效微型灌肠剂的药效作用研究

摘　　要：[目的 ]探讨复方三效微型灌肠剂的药效作用。 [方法 ]采用体内、外抗菌法 ;大鼠 2 ,4—二硝基苯酚致热法 ;大鼠足跖汗液着色法 ;小鼠毛细血管通透法 ;大鼠足跖肿胀法及小鼠碳末廓清法观察复方三效微型灌肠剂的抗菌、解热、发汗、抗炎、免疫调节等作用。 [结果 ]本品对金黄色葡萄球菌等细菌具有不同程度的抑菌作用 ;对金葡球菌感染小鼠有明显的保护作用 ;对 2 ,4—二硝基苯酚致热大鼠有明显的解热作用 ;对大鼠足跖汗液分泌有明显的促进作用 ;对醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进及角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀有明显的抑制作用 ;亦能提高免疫低下小鼠碳末廓清指数 K值。 [结论 ]复方三效微型灌肠剂具有抗菌、解热、发汗、抗炎。Objectives]To study the pharmacodynamics of Compound Sanxiao Micro Enema.Methods of Antibacterial Test in Vitro and in Vivo2 4 Dinitrophenol Induced Fever in Rats, Perspiration on Rat Feet, Permeation of Capillary Vessel in Mice, Foot Swelling in Rats, Clearance of Carbon Particles in Mice were used to study the actions of anti bacteria, antipyretic,diaphoresis, anti inflammation and immunity regulation This product inhibited, to some extent, the staphylococcus aureus. Antipyretic action was also found in the fever rats induced by 2 4 Dinitrophenol.The product increased diaphoresis of rat foot surface, and inhibited the permeation of capillary vessel induced by acetic acid in mice and inhibited by carrageenin in rats. It also enhanced the K value for clearance of carbon particles in mice with insufficient immunity.[Conclusions]This product has actions of anti bacteria, antipyretic.Diaphoresis, anti inflammation and immunity up regulation.
