摘　　要：研磨盘的品质好坏 ,直接影响到彩电玻壳的抛光程度 ;介绍大直径、厚壁、大平面研磨盘铸件采用合金化 ,孕育处理 ,型腔铺砌耐火砖 ,均衡凝固无冒口铸造的生产工艺。The quality of a grinding plat affects directly on the polishing result of a color TV's screen. A method by adopting alloying, inoculating, spreading-building of refractory brick, and proportional solidification without riser, was used to produce large dimensional sound grinding plates.
