近50年我国压力铸造发展的回顾与展望

摘　　要：我国的压力铸造业经过近 5 0年的发展 ,已建立起自己的压铸合金体系和压铸机系列 ,已制成锁型力达 2 0 0 0 0kN或更大的压铸机 ,能自行设计和制造与锁型力在 10 0 0 0kN以上的大型压铸机配套的压铸型 ,生产从几克至二三十公斤的压铸件。分析了我国压铸业的成绩和不足 ,并展望了压铸业的前景。China's die-casting industry has constructed self-systematic die-casting alloy system and die-casting machine series by about near 50 year's development. Today, we have made the die-casting machines with 20000KN Locking force or more, can design and make the large-scale die-casting dies fitted in with large-scale die-casting machines with 20000KN Locking force or more, and can produce the die-castings with weight from several grams to 20～30 kg. The author analyzes the achievements and lacks of China's die-casting industry, and forecasts its good prospects in this paper.
