摘　　要：叙述了模具加工精度与产品质量、企业信誉及企业经济效益的辩证关系 ,在满足客户对产品精度要求的前提下提出了3种思维方式与做法 ,以获取企业的最大经济利益。列出了在模具设计、制造及企业管理方面影响模具精度的关键因素 ,提出模具企业应使全体员工建立起强烈的精度概念和质量意识 。The dialectic relations between the die and mould manufacturing precision and product quality, the enterprise reputation and the enterprise economic benefits were stated. On the premise of meeting the requirement of the customers on product precision, three thinking ways and operations were proposed to attain the most of the enterprise benefits. The key factors affecting the die and mould precision were listed on the aspects of design and manufacture of dies and moulds and enterprise management. It was put forward that the die & mould enterprises can make continuous development and progress provided that their staff has established strong precision concept and quality ideation.
