摘　　要：通过切削试验研究了PCBN刀具精密切削GCr15淬硬轴承钢时的切削力特征、切屑形态、刀具磨损特性等切削性能 ,并从表面粗糙度、硬化层深度、亚表层白层现象。The cutting experiments were carried out to investigate the cutting performances including the cutting forces, chip morphology and cutter's wear characteristic during precisely turning the hardened GCr15 bearing steel with the PCBN cutter. Furthermore, the machined surface qualities of the hard turning, including the surface roughness, depth of hardened layer, white layer of subsurface and distribution of residual stress were studied.
