摘  要:分层实体制造 (SSM或LOM )工艺是快速成形技术中较适合制造大型原型的工艺。本文分析、比较了SSM工艺中几种典型的纸材快速输送系统 ,提出并设计了收纸辊与放纸辊的异步驱动结构、快速脱纸机构。实现了缓冲式并行快速走纸方式 ,提高了走纸。The Slicing Solid Manufacturing (SSM) or Laminated Object Manufacturing (LOM) process is an effective RP technology applied in the field of building large scale prototypes. In this paper, several typical system of rapid feeding paper in SSM are analyzed and compared. It have been put forward and designed that the structure of asynchronism driven between the collecting paper roller and releasing paper roller and the structure of rapid taking off paper. The efficiency and reliability of feeding paper and taking off paper have been improved.
